Atlas Trend
Understand how Atlas Trend tracks the directional change in an account's score over time.
Atlas Trend shows whether an account’s Atlas Score is rising, flat, or falling. It gives you a quick read on momentum: is this account becoming more active in the market, or is recent activity slowing down?
How it works
Atlas Trend compares an account’s current Atlas Score against its score from a prior period. The comparison uses signal activity anchored to filed_at dates so that the trend reflects when events actually occurred, not when Parcel discovered them.
| Trend | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Rising | More signal activity in recent period than prior period |
| Flat | Similar activity level across both periods |
| Falling | Less signal activity in recent period than prior period |
How to use it
Atlas Trend is most useful for catching accounts that are accelerating into the market before they become obvious. A mid-tier account with a rising trend may be worth more attention than a high-score account with a flat or falling trend.
