Alerts
Configure email and channel delivery for new signals matching your subscriptions.
Alerts deliver new signals to your team outside of the Home queue. You configure alerts per subscription type in Settings → Signals.
Email alerts
When a new signal matches a subscription with the email channel enabled, chosen recipients receive an email linking directly to the Home queue filtered to that type. Details:
- Recipients — specific workspace members, or all members (including future ones)
- Delivery — runs every ~15 minutes after signal extraction completes
- Deduplication — each signal is delivered once per recipient
- Done signals — signals your team already marked done are skipped
Email subjects follow the pattern: "[Type name]: N new signals" (e.g.
"Permit approved: 3 new signals").

- Slack — post new signals to a channel
- Microsoft Teams — post new signals to a channel
Channel integrations will follow the same per-subscription configuration model as email alerts.
